--La Canada, California--Ram Board was once again proud to protect the anticipated remodel of the 2012 Pasadena Showcase House. Though Ram Board deals in the construction industry, we always jump at the chance to help out with events in our surrounding community. From the Ryman Arts "Art Walk" to the relief efforts of Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW), Ram Board seeks to help local non profits as they help the community. The Pasadena Showcase House is another annual example of this.

This was the third annual Make Your Mark in the Park event as part of The Big Draw LA, a county-wide drawing celebration during the month of October. Ram Board was once again happy to donate rolls of our floor protection for use under the paper to give attendees a heavy-duty surface to draw on, even on grass.

Ram Board Donates Product for the 2011 Big Draw LA

Ram Board was proud to team up with Ryman Arts in donating a large number of rolls to be used in their Big Draw LA event! The event, Make Your Mark in the Park, saw close to 3,000 people draw on a canvas that stretched over half a mile long, through Exposition Park, the Rose Garden and even into the Natural History Museum. Ram Board was used to back the canvas to provide a strong, smooth platform to draw on while over grass, concrete, etc.

An all-volunteer organization, Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts (PSHA) is a non-profit California Corporation whose members donate their time and talents to produce the annual Pasadena Showcase House of Design.  Founded in 1948, and formerly known as The Pasadena Junior Philharmonic Committee, they adopted the Pasadena Showcase House of Design as their annual benefit in 1965. It is one of the oldest, largest and most successful house and garden tours in the nation.
